We accept no liability for any mental or physical effects arising from use of the Service.

1. Users shall pay the fees displayed on the Site through the payment method we designate (Stripe).
2. Deliverables vary by plan: the $9.99 plan includes instant interaction on the web plus digital epigraph and poster display on the webpage (email delivery is NOT included). The $19.99 premium plan includes exclusive official email delivery (including HD poster attachment archives).
3. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued after payment is completed.

When using the Service, Users must not engage in the following:

1. Entering text that violates the laws, regulations, or public order and morals of Japan.
2. Entering content that promotes self-harm, suicide, excessive violence, or incites or facilitates criminal activity.
3. Entering information that infringes the privacy, copyright, or reputation of others.
4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the Site's servers or network functions.

1. If a User violates the prohibitions above, we may suspend access to the Service without prior notice.
2. We may amend these Terms at any time when we deem it necessary due to organizational changes or legal revisions.
